Who we are

Kortive runs local social events. This website is operated by Kortive. For anything about your information, email kortive1@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you register for an event: your name, your email address, the event you registered for, that you plan to attend, whether you ticked the optional box to hear about future events, and when you registered.

When you sign up for updates: your email address, when you signed up and, if you signed up from an event, which event.

We don’t ask for anything else.

Why we use it

We use your registration to know who’s coming and to send you one confirmation email with the event details. That email is part of the service you asked for.

We only send you emails about future Kortive events if you’ve chosen to sign up for them. Registering for an event does not sign you up for updates.

We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising or build profiles about you.

How it’s stored and who helps us

Your information is kept in a private database hosted by Lovable Cloud, which also runs this website. Only Kortive can see it. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, which receives your name and email address to deliver them.

This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep event registrations for as long as we need them to run and follow up on that event, then delete them. We keep your updates sign-up until you ask to stop receiving updates.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To stop receiving updates, or for any other privacy question, email kortive1@gmail.com and we’ll sort it.
